Last week the paper "Innovative Multi-Degradation Rigs: Fast-Tracking Material Validation for Resilient Offshore Renewable Energy" was presented by Giacomo Alessandri at the 16th European Wave and Tidal Energy Conference. The topic of Multi-Degradation and rig testing addressing this phenomenon in the context of offshore renewable energy was welcomed by the scientific community, sparking curiosity among the audience. The presence at the conference was also a way to assess the interest of wave and tidal energy developers in getting involved with the MORE project activities, for example in accessing the results generated by the project.
